1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ShareMyFit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. The service
ShareMyFit allows you to store your body and clothing measurements and share them with others via a personal profile link. You control exactly which measurements are visible to whom through per-measurement privacy settings.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not create accounts for other people without their consent, or use the service to store or share another person's measurements without their knowledge and permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ShareMyFit to store or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' private data, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into ShareMyFit. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your data as necessary to operate the service and as directed by your privacy settings. We do not claim any ownership over your measurements or profile information.
6. Availability
We aim to keep ShareMyFit available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
7. Limitation of liability
ShareMyFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
